After serving as Director of Sales, I transitioned to a long-held personal passion: residential construction and property evaluation. I founded LeeWay Home Inspection to combine my professional discipline with a lifetime of hands-on experience, from growing up on a farm to personally renovating multiple properties. As the founder and owner, I bring a meticulous and analytical approach to every inspection, delivering thorough and honest assessments grounded in care and integrity. For me, home inspection isn’t just a business—it’s a craft I take pride in mastering.

With a distinguished 32-year career in the fire service, rising to the rank of Fire Engineer, Paul brings a deep commitment to safety, attention to detail, and public service to his work as a home inspector. A natural entrepreneur, he also successfully ran an RV rental business for a decade, balancing business ownership with his full-time service.

After retiring and relocating to Florida’s Sun Coast in 2021, Paul found a new calling in the home inspection field. He quickly earned certifications in Wind Mitigation and 4-Point Inspections and continues to expand his expertise, driven by a desire to deliver thorough, reliable service to every client.

An avid outdoorsman and team sports enthusiast, Paul is also a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He brings honesty, integrity, and professionalism to every inspection—and is proud to be building a trusted reputation in the home inspection industry.
