Mark actually called to let me know he was running late for our first appointment! Once he arrived he took the time to explain the whole inspection process and because I had no clue what a pdf file was he text me pictures of what I needed to correct. Also, my dog is an “ankle biter” and they amazingly became friends so I know he is trustworthy! Being almost 70 I stress out quite easily, but he helped me keep my sanity so I highly recommend his services if you need a home inspection.

Mark was very thorough and guided us along the way to let us know what to look out for and educate us on the details of a house we are purchasing. His knowledge and expertise were very helpful. Be prepared to be there for a while to have a full detailed inspection. Well worth the investment.

Mark Lee was extremely detailed with his home inspection report. Not only was the report very thorough but Mark followed up to ensure we understood every item on the report. Additionally, he offered to answer any other questions we may have once we had time to absorb the inspection report. Our report included a 4 point and wind mitigation assessment as well as the full inspection. Mark came across as professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant and we very much appreciated all of his insights.
